Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and allow us to reserve time and materials specifically for your project.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel more than 15 days before your scheduled service, any payments made (excluding the deposit) may be refunded or credited toward a future service.

  • If you cancel less than 15 days in advance, no refund will be issued, but we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.

  • All efforts to reschedule your installation will be made and no additional fees will be charged if you reschedule.

Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, refunds are not issued once a service has been rendered or products have been delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 days from completion of the project so we can address your concerns promptly.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule up to the time of their appointment with no fees. As our time is limited, we cannot guarantee availability to reschedule. It is highly encouraged that clients provide ample notice for reschedules. We aim our best to accommodate our clients. In the event there is no availability that aligns with the client's schedule, no deposits/payments for material up until the point of installation is refundable and all client's rightfully owed materials will be delivered to their home or business address provided on the intake form.

 

Product Sales 

All physical product sales are final unless items are damaged upon delivery. In such cases, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation to request a replacement or credit.
