What will the process look like for me?
The Process
Offering a completely personalized experience, we try not to rely too heavily on packages. However, they do give us a starting point to build upon. Below we have outlined our client experience from start to finish to help you determine if we are a right fit for your needs.

Consultation
Based on your initial inquiry, we will guide you through the design process to determine your overall vision and budget while maintaining the cohesiveness of the space you already have. We pride ourselves on fully customized designs that blend seamlessly with the rest of the interior or exterior of your home/business. We can fulfill your needs from one of our available packages, or customize it to the exact specifications of your space.

Pre-Installation
Once we know exactly what your installation requires, we will schedule your installation. Our team will communicate any requirements that must be fulfilled prior to the installation including the collection of your deposit to retain your spot. If any materials have to be purchased, our team will coordinate with you regarding a budget and collect any payment required for new materials. Finally, we will give you step by step instructions on what to expect specific to your project.
Installation
Once all pre-installation tasks have been completed, out team will complete the installation. Exterior installations do not require the home or business owner to be present. The team will discuss timeline expectations and clean all messes created (glitter, faux snow, hay, etc.) prior to leaving your home. If you have any special requests, please ensure these are communicated during the pre-installation/consultation time frames as we run on a strict schedule during our busy fall and Christmas seasons.
